This was a charming, private stay that was perfect for us to explore the local region!

The place was very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfectly situated. My husband and I loved it!

The couple we were traveling with were older so getting up the stairs was difficult for them because there were no railings. Also, they wished that the place would have shampoo and body wash available.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, thanks to the owner's outstanding hospitality and the property's id

The owner was exceptionally helpful and incredibly attentive to our needs as cyclists. Upon our arrival, he immediately noticed our bicycles and proactively offered us a water hose to clean them. Additionally, the property has access to a secure, gated courtyard where we could safely store our bikes overnight. For a location so central, this was a massive advantage and gave us great peace of mind. The owner's hospitality extended even further when he kindly offered us the use of the washing machine and even provided specialized detergent for our sportswear. It's rare to find a host who goes into such detail to ensure their guests are comfortable. All communication was perfect—prompt, clear, and friendly. We felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our entire stay. On top of the outstanding service, the location is fantastic, just a pleasant three-minute walk from the main square. Everything about our stay was perfect, largely thanks to the owner's superb hospitality. It was a truly great experience, and we would highly recommend it to other travelers, especially fellow cyclists.

The guy waited for us to arrive after midnight since our flight to Venice was delayed. Great host!

Beautiful house in a great location - but beware of hot days

The house is quaint and beautiful, perfect for a family. The location is amazing - right off the main square of old Vittorio Veneto but close to the highway to mountains and lakes.

The airconditioning is virtually non-existent. Just one, noisy unit to keep the attic bedroom livable in the summer, with no effect on the rest of the house. I admit we were there during a newsworthy heat wave, but any time in the summer months this would be relevant. Having to go out and buy fans for each bedroom to be able to sleep at night wasn't in our plans - I hope they're available for future guests. And the house, facing the morning sun, was unusable during the day (thank God for beach at Lago San Croce), though the mountain breeze is strong from late afternoon, through the night and into the morning so open windows cool things off then.

Old Italian Palazzo converted into a fantastic apartment in a ancient, North Italian town.

Superb well supplied property located in an old palace in the old town. Bottle of local wine left for us. Parking available. Very clean and tidy. Accomodating host, who waited for us despite being late due to traffic hold ups. Can't wait to return.

Worth noting that the turning into the property is very tight off a one way system and the steps to the upper floor are open and may not be suitable for young children or disabled people.

Nice location, in the town center and with available parking space.

The property is located right in what appears to be the center of the old Vittorio Veneto. There is a gated parking lot available, which was very important for us and our motorcycles. Host was friendly and helpful, house is quite big and clean.

Host doesn't speak English, so our communication was a bit hard. But Google Translate helped a lot. :)

We spent here one night during our trip in Italy. The house was beautiful and sparkling clean. The host was super nice and helpful with all the questions we had. Thanks for preparing the bottles with water for our arrival. We slept comfortably and calmly, since the area is super quiet. We totally recommend it.

Really beautiful place; tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Plenty of room as well - could easily handle much larger parties. The breezeway on the upper floor is a nice touch!

So... this is more of a neutral statement... and a warning to those who like to sleep in. Casa riva piazzola is located right next to a church tower. So when the church bells ring, so will your head if you're trying to sleep in. Early risers will win at this place;)
