Great place overall. Would have been good to know where the washer and dryer were when we got there. It took us three days to find it. The lighting in the house was very dim. The gas stove in the kitchen was hard to light.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:As part of a long-planned trip to California to enjoy a concert, a festival and wine tasting that was totally disrupted by the events of 2020, we were able to relax and thoroughly enjoy the Little Red House. As advertised, it is nestled in the midst of redwoods and the house has been completely updated. Unfortunately due to fire season, we were not able to use the fireplace but we did enjoy the other amenities including the hot tub and the grill where we had a meal on the deck under the canopy of redwoods - awesome! The property has been well maintained the management team was very responsive to a couple of questions. We would like to make a return visit and possible rent the lower part of the house as well to bring other friends with us!
