TWO UNITS NEXT DOOR and ONE UNIT one floor above with elevator access. One 3 bedrm unit with 2 kings bedrooms and one queen bedroom. Next door to 3 bedrm is a Two bedrooms with 2 King Master suites.
One floor above is another 2 bedroom unit with 2 king master suits both with their own direct bath access.
TOTAL of 6 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedrm, 1 Queen Sofa Bed and 2 Queen tall height sofa beds with electric pumps. We furnish all towel, sheets and blankets. Just bring your pool towels.
All units are close to pool and playground. Private balcony with amazing sunrises and have nature views of wild turkey, deer, bunnies and racoons etc.
Stacked stone fireplaces in all 3 units. Leather and upscale furniture provide a resting and relaxing place.
You will receive 3 jetted tubs all with their own king bedroom.
Spacious kitchen offers eating bar, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, beaters etc.
Three W/D's included too.
Outdoor picnic tables and grills to feed everyone or have a fun progressive dinner where each home serves a dish/course like we have done with our family functions. Come see why we have our family reunions here too.
Indoor Year Round Pool and Heated Outdoor Pool April 1 to Oct 31. Year round 17 person Hot Tub and Playgrounds and BBQ's.

We are just over a mile from the new convention center & The Island and just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Just one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.
We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.
Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom. VRBO 455176 & 609850 have ADA toilets and grab bars.
Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

When we had an issue I contacted the host and had the issue fixed in no time

The condos were great.The only thing that needs a lot of attention are the floors in all 3 condos, they looked clean but if you walked barefoot or in white socks they would be black on the bottom in no time.
I would like to suggest replacing the toilets with extra tall toilets. Hope to stay again next year.

This gem is quietly tucked just off the Parkway in a Family friendly complex with cornhole, horseshoes, volleyball and basketball areas and two pools! Conveniently located near Publix grocery store. Condos were perfect for our mix of family and friends. Plenty of space for everyone! Host attentive to guests needs. Multiple people complemented homey feel of all 3 condos!
