About this house rental
Lovely Timberpeg Douglas Fir Post and Beam home with a wooded private location at Westways in Lovell Maine on Kezar Lake. The home is a 3-5 minute walk to the beach or dock on Kezar Lake.
Westways is a private community of homeowners who value the quiet, rural setting and shared common property. All renters will be provided with the rules and regulations of Westways as part of the rental agreement.
The home features an open floor plan. The living room has a two story field stone fireplace and opens to a game table area and piano. The living room has comfortable large sofas, quality stereo system, and additional seating to assure pleasant surroundings for family and friends to gather.
On this floor is a study with cable TV. There is a full bathroom on this floor with a shower.
The kitchen opens to the dining area with a large table to comfortably seat 8 people. The screened in porch provides dining seating for 8.
The bedrooms are located on both the second floor and in the walk out, full light basement. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings with timber beam exposed and a ceiling fan and sky light. The room has a king sized bed, two large closets, a desk and chair; the master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, double vanity and shower.
The guest room has a queen size bed, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and a ceiling fan, and two large closets. There is an opening sky light, north and east windows.
The third bedroom has two twin beds one with a trundle beneath. There is a sleeping loft (for ages 12+) with two futons. The ceiling is vaulted with exposed beams and there is an opening sky light and windows with south and west views.
There is a second full bathroom shared by these two rooms with a double vanity and combination shower tub.
In the full walk out basement there is a large bedroom with two twin beds both with trundles below. The bedroom has a wood burning stove, sofa, and a large closet.
There is a game room on this floor with a pool table and a full bathroom with a shower.

Our favorite place to stay on Kezar Lake. Betsy provides everything you need - kitchen items - paper goods- a pump for your floats - condiments - towels etc etc - everything! She sends the property’s information before hand - keeps in touch with quick replies for your questions and even follows up with an email when you leave. The lake is the most beautiful lake and we wish we could stay longer. North Conway is very close for shopping as my granddaughter loves to shop at Zeb’s. Thank you to Betsy for being able to stay in her beautiful home!

This home is perfect in so many ways. Large rooms, tastefully decorated throughout, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, ultra clean interior. Host is easy to reach via phone or email.
