The community is adjacent to the Marriot Resort on Hutchinson Island. It is decorated with designer furniture, beautiful artwork, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. New stainless steel kitchen appliances and laundry appliances. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included. HEATED pool, with a well-equipped fitness center at the clubhouse. Short proximity to beach access and golf courses. Come, relax, and live the good life!!!!

Discounts are available for an extended stay from May through November.

We were two couples sharing this condo, each with a king size bedroom. It was very quiet, a first floor unit, a short walk to the pool. The beach entrance was a 10 minute walk. The owners were very amenable and responded quickly to any questions we had.

We loved the amenities. The condo was beautiful, the location with water all around us was breathtaking and we loved the first floor location . Highly recommend.
