About this apartment rental
2 bedroom, 2 bath 1,140 Sq. Ft. Bay Front condo located in a small and owner friendly 4 story/12 unit building. Condo is on the 4th floor facing the bay. Building has elevator, pool, hot tub, dock and fish cleaning station. Condo rental comes with a dedicated boat slip and a small locked closet downstairs for outdoor storage. It is within 1 block of nearest restaurant and 3-4 blocks walking distance to other local restaurants and bars. Our condo has a washer/dryer inside, and comes with linens, bath towels, beach towels, hair dryers, iron, and a kitchen with all the cooking pots/pans and serving plates/utensils needed. Cabinets and fridge are pre-stocked with condiments, spices/oil, etc. Condo must be rented for a 2-month minimum.

The 4th-floor condo (with an elevator) has a great location right on the water on the bay side of South Padre Island. The views of the Laguna Madre and sunsets from its lanaii can't be beat! It is located within walking distrance of everything you need - food, bars, music, groceries, drug store, postal/shipping outlet, and the beach! The condo is nicely furnished, and the kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, a wide assortment of pots and pans, a coffemaker with pot or K-cup option, and lots of spices! The condo also has it's own washer and dryer. The pool (not heated) and the hot tub sit right on the water's edge, and the whole pool area has been recently updated with nice tile and landscaping. The owners were very responsive when we had an issue with the air-conditioning unit, which they subsequently replaced. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much!
The owner was available for any questions. She was very thoughtful and the condo had everything we needed.
Location was perfect to enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer. The area was very quiet and parking was easy. Walking in the neighborhood was nice and it was just a few blocks to shopping and restaurants.
The dock area was nice and we also enjoyed the fishing light, even if we weren't fishing! Having a storage closet near the dock area was extremely useful!
We also enjoyed the hot tub, looking over the bay was great!. It was a little cool to use the pool while we were there but it had a great location!
The view was amazing! We were there over New Year's and were very close to Louie's Backyard's fireworks show. Sitting on the balcony to watch that was awesome!
We would definitely recommend this condo!
