We stayed at the property to attend the American Express golf tournament in La Quinta. We were very pleased with the home. It was roomy for 3 adults. Bedrooms are large with lots of storage space. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The host, Phoenicia, was lovely and easy to communicate with and even met us at the home. The patio space is very nice.

House needs some TLC , need of maintenance in many areas. Should put in description that you do not get use of garage. Overall the place deserves a rating of 3.5 not 4.8. Could not imagine having 9 people staying there.
