This newly renovated 2 bedroom , 2 bath condo, located ocean front at Ocean View Villas in Cherry Grove, SC is a must see for all beach goers. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has a queen as well as a set of bunk beds. This condo comfortably sleeps 6 people. The condo is fully stocked with amenities and is just steps away from the beach. Amenities within the condo include wifi, fully stocked kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, small appliances such as a blender, toaster oven and coffee maker. Flat screen TVs are located in both bedrooms as well as the main living area (with DVD), stereo with ipod or MP3 hook up and much much more. Outdoor amenities include an outdoor pool for guests only, outdoor shower, beach chairs, wifi connectivity, security gates onto and off property, grilling area, gated parking lot and laundry room on site. The location and ocean views from this condo were fantastic, and the unit was clean and comfortable, which made it easy to enjoy our time at the beach.There were a couple of inconveniences to note—specifically needing to bring our own linens (including towels) and mail back physical keys, which can be a bit of a hassle before and after a trip.Overall, we appreciated the stay and the beautiful setting, and this could be a great option for others who don’t mind a bit of extra coordination.

Very nice property in Cherry Grove. This condo has amazing views in a quiet, less crowded area. Easy drive to stores & restaurants including Cherry Grove pier. The property owner was great to work with. Do note that you have to bring your own linens & towels, there's no washer & dryer (coin laundry downstairs same building), and you have to return the key by mail. Those things make it slightly less convenient, but I'd still highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

View, location, communication with owner, resolving of problem we're all very very good. The difficulty came in while the place was rated a 4.6 out of five we encountered a dirty condo and an extremely smelly couches that we could not get away from.
I don't expect condos to be the cleanest from my experience and wasn't going to complain but due to the fact that we had to spend a certain amount of time inside I asked the owner to have Stanley Steamer come in and steam clean the couches.
The owner was very prompt on responding and handling the matter and I appreciate that very very much. And after we left they were going to address the situation. Would love to come back to this location under different circumstances.
