Excellently equipped family accommodation

Perfect accommodation for our family with two little children (4 years and 9 months). The accommodation was perfectly equipped, there was nothing missing in the kitchen (maybe except for a microwave oven), very kind hosts. We (especially our son) had the opportunity to use the garden with toys. Apartment in a quiet street, a short distance from the train station (2 stops to Kitzbuhl). We visited in June. There were 2 cable cars right in the city, nice playgrounds for children on the tops of both mountains.

We were 100% satisfied :-)

A wonderful apartment to explore the Kitzbühel Alps

We were the first in the apartment and it was just amazing. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything one needs for super holidays. We were very pleased to find all our four names written on a welcome sign on the wall and in a blue retro fridge, we found a small gift from the host - a home-made goat cheese (very tasteful!). The kitchen and living room are situated downstairs and a gorgeous solid wood table and wooden benches are very fitting for an apartment in the mountains of Austria that we were in, while the modern kitchen facilities, light pleated blinds, two armcharis, a sofa with an elegant blanket and unobtrusive built-in radio in the bathroom wall are really for the connoisseurs. There was not only a dishwasher, but also a toaster, two coffee machines, a kettle, a scale, pans, various plastic boxes and other numerous kitchen facilities. The apartment has two toilets, very comfortable for four persons. What we found amazing, it was a position of the apartment. It is situated 5-10 minutes from the railway station which means that you can go to many other places around and far from Brixen for free with your guest card (provided for free by the hosts), such as Kitzbühel, Hannenkam Kitzbühel or Hopfgarten (cable car to Hohe Salve). You can forget about your car, the train running every half an hour to an hour will take you everywhere you wish to go.

Two small bedrooms are situated upstairs and 14 steps might be difficult for some guests. The balcony is also upstairs (obviously) but the kitchen is downstairs and it means to carry what you need every time down and up. There is no wardrobe, just hangers and two very tiny shelves in both bedrooms. The babbling brook nearby can be heard at night, which may be romantic for some, but perhaps annoying for others. Some garbage boxes would help.

a great place to spend your summer holiday

The location was perfect because it wasn't at the main road where there might be noise from cars and the trains. It was quiet and cozy. But the location wasn't either far away. We could reach the village center, the train station and the bus stop in 5-10 minutes. The hosts were very kind and courteous. They offered us whatever we needed. The location was clean, an refurbished rather recently. We had enough space for our family. The apartment we choose to rent was reachable by going down-stairs, at semi-basement. It was great because it was cooler than the outside temperature in a hot summer day. So it was really refreshing to get in the apartment after long days of hiking on the mountain in hot sun. We had everything we needed at our disposal to cook for ourselves. There was a Billa shop 5-10 minutes away by foot, near the train station where we could buy what we needed. There was also a Spar shop 5-10 minutes by car, at the edge of the village, near the cable car, where we could purchase stuff at a lower price. Not far away from the Billa shop, maybe extra 3 minutes walk, there was a bakery. You had also a few good restaurants around, not far away to walk. The guest card that we were offered by the owners was really helpful because we could travel with public transport free of charge in the entire area. We purchased the summer card from the tourist info to access all the cable cars free of charge. The photos of the location from Booking were accurate and represented the reality of the place.

This apartment is very comfortable, fully equipped and very clean and fresh. I can recommend it for everybody who wants to have a vacation house near the bike road, close to the swimming pool and the swimming lake and far from the noisy center of the village. In the garden, there is a playground, my children like it very much. The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful. :)

Bardzo czysto, dużo miejsca, dwa osobne pokoje i dwie lazienki. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, przystanek ski busa pod domem i ok. 10 minut od stoku. W domu jest miejsce na narty i suszarka do butów. My narty zostawialiśmy w szafkach przy stoku (2eur za dzień, 4 narty się mieszczą), a buty suszyliśmy codziennie w domu.

Herrliche Tage in Österreich in einer tollen Unterkunft

Eine komplett ausgestattete und sehr saubere Wohnung, die bei diesen heißen Temperaturen wunderbar kühl war. Der Spielplatz für die Kinder mit dem Trampolin und dem Spielhäuschen war klasse. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es war alles da was man brauchte.

Die Lage zur Stadt ist etwas abgelegen, ca. 15 min schneller Fußweg. Für den Winter allerdings optimal, da hält der Skibus direkt vor dem Haus.

Tökéletes kommunikáció Freyával, egyszerű átadás, patika tisztaság, remek felszereltség, csak pozitív tapasztalat. Valóban minden olyan, mint a fotókon! Aki pihenésre vágyik az itt megtalálja, a szállás csendes, nyugodt helyen található, remek sétákra van lehetőség a csodás hegyekre, az utca túloldalán csobogó hegyi patak hangja pedig fantasztikusan jó . Alig várjuk, hogy visszatérjünk!
