it is a noisy place at times. It is not by any stretch of the imagination sound proof. I can hear people talking in rooms around me. Weekends bring the parties. I stay here because it’s a great place except when there are rude and noisy renters.

Staff very nice, located next to market so very convenient. Very clean.
Apartment comes with kitchen, but absolutely NOTHING to cook with. Not a single pot, pan, nothing. There are 2 place setting on table with plate, fork, and knife to eat with. 2 teacups on counter. No bowls or glasses. Would not have rented if I knew kitchen was not usable.
Also extremely uncomfortable mattress. Could feel every single spring. If they put in cooking equipment in kitchen and replaced mattress this place would be top of the line.
