Very comfortable one bedroom condo with Partial Ocean and Garden View. Beautiful Rattan furniture in living room & dining room. Queen hide-a-bed in living room. Spacious kitchen cabinets. Bedroom has new queen pillow top bed with nice bedroom furniture. Desk area across from kitchen. Large Flat screen TV in living room, and 32inch TV in bedroom. Well stocked full Kitchen, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster and Cookware. Outdoor Patio, BBQ Grill, Gas Grill, Outdoor Shower, Shared Pool, Tennis and the beach across the street.

I learned that our unit had changed owners less than two weeks before we arrived. I am sure that the new owners have not had time to evaluate the condition and needs of our unit. They need to stay in 240 for a couple of weeks. As owners at Hale Kamaole for more than 20 years and as renters for another 20+ years we are familiar with the needs and challenges for both. This unit is one or two refreshing- and upgrading- cycles behind the best. Bathroom and kitchen in particular. I wish the new owners well.

Excellent location, condo grounds beautiful and well managed, this particular unit is decorated very nicely, really appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella, well stocked kitchen supplies) needs a few critical upgrades (stove-unable to use the oven with any accurate temp, bathroom upgrade is getting near dire need; screen on wonderful wide patio doors in need of wd40)

Close to our fav Maui beach and away from the road, we’ll stocked, helpful front desk, but the smell of stale cigarette smoke in the bedroom was disgusting!
