About this apartment rental
This suite is fully contained. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy. The historic Phelps Mansion is full of historic character from the original kitchen cabinets to the hardwood floors throughout the unit. There have been many updates through the rehab process and offers many modern amenities. This unit is a two bedroom with new Amish beds and very comfortable Queen mattresses. Located in the living room are two couches. One is an exceptionally comfortable Queen pull-out sleeper, the additional couch can be used to sleep the 7th guest. The kitchen is stocked with all kitchen wares; dishware, silverware, plates, bowls, pots, pans, bakeware, coffee pot, toaster, and microwave. (Serving for 6) Full size refrigerator and gas stove. Free Wi-Fi & cable. Large flat screen TV. Parking available.

Girls weekend in Decorah. Loved the hoise and the town. Beds were comfortable and the play was very clean and accomodating.

This is a perfect place to stay while enjoying all that Decorah has to offer. The space is cozy, clean, and inviting. Check in / out was a breeze and prompt communication was clear. I recommend this property and would stay again in future visits.

This spot was very nice. It was so homey. They thought of everything. Its a shot walk to Decorah's downtown.
