Moon Nest

The breakfast was great. Foods were testy and fresh.

There location was not okey. We had to walk though a muddy road to get there. Besides, there wasnt enough marker which could direct us towards the resort. Especially, walking down there at night was the scariest. The only better motorable(only Tuk-tuk can do it in dry season) way to get there is through another resort. Moreover, though the staffs were good, but the property manager or main supervisor wasnt available all the time. So, the general staffs couldnt decide anything out of the box.

Ambiance, nature and the location more especially the staff is amazing ! Very helpful and kind. Everything else is clean, maybe they just need new pillows and bed covers.

Pillows and beds are dirty (moldy) but maybe this is because of the rainforest woodsy nature. Everything is clean, maybe they just need new pillows.

A beautiful and romantic place, close to a deserted beach. The service is excellent, very attentive with many details that make the stay unforgettable. The food is delicious and made to measure. Close to Cox’s Bazar and yet quiet, a haven of peace. This place is more than recommendable.

Staff behaviour

Sea view room advertised but you can't see the sea or hear! Car access only available during the winter season but won't be possible to drive in during wet season or after heavy rain.
