A comfortable and peaceful getaway with spectacular balcony views.

The view from the balcony was spectacular. We only stayed one night, but it was amazing because of the view. The beaches were a bit far away, but visiting them wasn’t our main goal. The pool and the location were very pleasant. The bathroom was renovated and clean. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, although the sofa bed was not very comfortable. The seagulls woke us up during the night, but for us, that was a unique experience — waking up to their calls, the sound of the sea, and the wind. There is private parking for the condo, and in June, we always found a spot easily. The apartment has many amenities — microwave, stove, oven, utensils, refrigerator, and different types of glasses. The landlord was very attentive and responded promptly to all my questions by whatsapp.

The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but the sofa bed was not very comfortable. There was a long pillow for the sofa bed, but it would be difficult for two people to sleep comfortably with just that. Walking to the property is not recommended due to the steep uphill paths, but getting there by car is fine. However, for those not used to narrow, steep climbs, it might feel a bit challenging. Perhaps a capsule coffee machine would be a nice addition, although there was a kettle for hot water to make Nescafé and a coffee Italian maker.

Small things..the bed is lovely and large but very hard. The pillows very hard. To take a shower there is not more than 2 minutes hot water so we had to shower at different times of the day. A filter coffee machine would be a great asset to coffee lovers.

Owner and key holder maintained contact ... both very attentive

Unfortunately the " roof top" pool is not situated in the complex.. it is a 5 -10 minute walk uphill ...people with mobility problems would find it difficult to access...you have to enter via a spiral staircase

The walk up the hill was really steep, after a long day out the walk can be hard, we got a taxi up a few times, but to be at the top and have those views over the sea from the balcony was worth the walk

Más que vistas, es como estar sobre el mar. Magníficos amaneceres y atardeceres

Las vistas desde el apartamento es lo mejor. Al estar en un alto, en un saliente de la costa entre Benidorm y la cala de Finestrat, la terraza es un balcón sobre el mar. Y se ve también el mar sin salir a la terraza, tanto desde el dormitorio como desde la cocina. Y como la cocina hace ángulo, tenemos vista del amanecer desde su ventana y vistas del atardecer desde la cristalera de la terraza, terraza que da tanto a esta cocina como al dormitorio.

El colchón no me ha parecido muy cómodo. Y las almohadas muy duras, aunque había otra en el armario que es la que hemos usado en lugar de las que había colocadas en la cama. A tener en cuenta, también, que hay una buena cuesta para subir al apartamento. O se va con coche o se está en buenas condiciones físicas para desplazarse a pie a la playa o a hacer compras.
