About this house rental
100% rebuilt home in historic Nob Hill expressly for vacation or temporary living while working in Albuquerque. Brand new kitchen with all the stainless appliances, gadgets and utensils to make those fabulous meals. Two bedrooms with comfy queen sized beds and new linens. New marble bathroom spotlessly clean and bright. Hardwood floors throughout, wood blinds and simple uncluttered decor. Xfinity high speed internet, Comcast HDTV with all the channels and DVR. Laundry has large capacity machines with detergent supplied for those short term stays. Covered parking and plenty of off street parking. This is your sanctuary after a long day out exploring!

A very clean and comfortable rental. The covered parking was a plus in the heat. Easy to cook in kitchen with everything you need to do so. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

The apartment is an interesting mix of rustic with modern. The building is older, but beds, kitchen appliances, and some furnishings are new. The apartment was clean and pleasant, though a little smaller than expected from pictures, and it would benefit from different colored paint. The colorful art is cheerful, while the apricot tree outside the window, with its yummy fruit, was such a treat! The host keeps the walkway very clean, swept, and is very responsive and helpful; he placed my amazon orders inside when it was super windy and provided replacement pots the very next day after I asked, thats a very nice and supportive treatment. He is around to check on things, it seems, every day, and I appreciate that. Will want to stay again!
