Well laid out 2 bedroom apartment with astonishing views of Meteora

We all have a very comfortable and leisure stay at Kontoylis Apartment.

The location is very good and convenient, just situate on the main street but won't be very noisy, restaurants, shops, supermarkets all nearby. Also the sound proofing of the apartment is very good. The apartment is very clean and new, the view of the balcony is magnificent. The host help us to take our luggage to the apartment and explain everything clearly of how to use the facilities inside the apartment.

Best place for Meteora view

The location is the best - amazing view, restaurants and shops really close by. The owner’s restaurant recommendations were spot on and The grill restaurant downstair is excellent! Plenty of hot water and strong wifi. So happy to have stayed here👍

Minor issues- there was no small saucepan or tea towel in the kitchen.

Great location. Apartment on the 3rd floor (no lifts in the building), very clean and spacious.

Location was perfect, in the main town walking distance to cafes, restaurants and general stores. Host was very friendly and helpful with information about that to see, where to eat and location of all the monasteries. Definitely would stay again

Perfect place to stay in Kalabaka

We like everything about this apartment, but the view has to be top of the list. INCREDIBLE. The apartment is located in the center of town, overlooking the main square with many great restaurants just steps away. The apartment is clean and well maintained and the host is very accommodating, quick to respond and very helpful.

Great apartment with superb views in the evenings on the monasteries! Highly recommend it

Friendliness of the host who greated us upon our arrival, saved a side street parking spot for our car And provided us with all needed information. Nice guesture was cold water , juice in the fridge waiting for us as well as the chocolate crossaints. Location great with many restaurants to eat. Superb views on the monasteries!

Breathtaking view and the host was super informative and attentive. Cannot recommend enough. The town of Kalambaka itself was also charming. The location of the apartment is also very good.

Nothing. Even the fact that it is on the second floor and has no elevator was fine, because you climb stairs in most of the monesteries anyway, so it is a good preparational work out ;)

Perfect location - an apartment with all the necessity and modern furnishings.

The apartment was in the very center of Kalambaka with a gorgeous view of the Meteora rocks. Walking distance to many places to eat. Owner was at the place 2 minutes after we sent him a note that we had arrived, showed us around the apartment, recommended local restaurants and places to visit. Even did a little "tour-guide" description of the monasteries.

The corridor outside the door was very dark, with the stairs right next to the elevator - if you do not know where the light switch is, step very carefully. Was a problem only the first time.

Excellent location in the centre of the town. Beautiful rooms with balcony and stunning view. Room is super clean and spacious. The host is very nice and helpful. Parking is nearby and free. Strongly recommended!!

Best place to be in Meteora!

The best thing for that apartment was the view! You can spend endless time on the balcony just looking at Meteora or just looking at the vivid road underneath. Veryyy comfy beds and in general very nice decorated apartment. The host came and welcomed us and helped us with our luggage, and explained everything we needed to know!

Not much to say, everything was perfect - except that there was NO ELEVATOR which the host mentioned in the description but I didnt see it. So that was my bad.

Owner is a very nice guy. Caring and helpful. He even carried all our bags to the apartment to help us out. I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful apartment.

Conveniently located but average apartment with a friendly host

Apartment is spacious for up to 4 people. Location is convenient within proximity from coffee shops and restaurants. Good views from the balcony. Host helped with the luggage and also provided helpful information about the monasteries and local restaurants.

Apartment is on 3rd floor with no elevators in the building. Apartment is on a noisy street. Building has construction going on in other flats making very loud noise from early morning. Price was a bit on the higher side compared with other apartments in Kalabaka but there weren’t any special amenities provided to justify higher price.

Everything was great ! The position on the middle of the village is very good and still offers an amazing view on the temples and the mountains. The apartment is very comfortable and warm with quality bed and everything that we needed ! A great place that I will recommend

Owner was very nice and friendly. Apartment is big and has everything you need. Owner had set up information about the monasteries (map + opening hours) on the wall which was handy. Great view from the balcony. We were able to find free parking spot in front of the apartment building, which might be tricky during high season. But there is an actual parking lot (free) about 1-2 blocks away.

Balcony furniture (big hanging chair) could be replaced as it looks a bit tired and rusty.
