Capela's House

Beautiful house in quiet neighbourhood. Spacious, well furnished with garage, washing room and fully equipped kitchen. The best contact with the owner before arrival and during the stay.

Quite expensive

Spacious, nice and modern house, perfectly equipped. Beds are very comfortable. It has 3 bathrooms, which is great for families. There is a laundry room, spacious garage and private parking place in front of the house. It has a spacious terrace with deckchairs and a beautiful view of the surroundings. The house is located in a peaceful countryside area. The hostess is kind and friendly. There was fresh fruits, water and cookies as a welcome gift.

Some might have trouble getting to the house which is on a steep hill, but this is common in Madeira and we managed it well.

Spacious, modern and clean. Kind and friendly host. Loved the large window to look out of. The photos of the house do not do the place justice.

Some may find the access difficult but you do get used to it. Its typical of Madeira. A shame there wasn’t furniture to use out on the patio.

Lovely hosts, very welcoming, and very helpful WhatsApp contact with their English-speaking son who helped us with directions and communicating with our Portuguese hosts.

We had unusually wet weather and it was difficult to dry our walking gear. That won't worry anyone coming in summer or experiencing even normal winter weather. The good thing is that the house is a lovely place to relax in, even in wet weather!
