The biggest highlight of this property is definitely the location. Supermarkets and a bus station are just a short walk away, and we could reach the beach within minutes. What I really appreciated was the flexibility: you can choose between quieter beaches or more lively, crowded areas, and you’re close to the town center and main attractions without being stuck in a noisy area. Communication with the staff was excellent — they were very helpful and even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which we truly appreciated. The apartment itself is spacious and well-configured. We were five people and felt very comfortable. Although there was only one bathroom, we knew that in advance, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, for the price we paid, it offers fantastic value.

Keeping in mind that this was one of the most affordable options available, expectations should remain realistic. The furniture is a bit outdated, the drainage was slightly slow, and the cleaning could have been more thorough — there was some dust on the floor when we arrived. These are minor drawbacks considering the price, but still worth mentioning. Overall, I would recommend this property, especially for travelers looking for a great location at a very reasonable price rather than luxury accommodation.

The host is a very nice person who met us when we arrived. The appartment is nice, very clean. The location is great. There is a private parking of the building. The kitchen is well equipped. Despite the fact I wrote wuite a kit in "what I didn't like", the overall impression is great, the value for money is very good. There is a good chance we will return, and the flaws aren't critical and easily eliminated.

The elevator was broken. The WIFI isn't good as expected. We also would recommend the owner to put some heater to the bathroom. We forgot to inform the host, that micro looks a bit damaged. It works, but it is a bit scary to use micro with a dented top :(

Good location, close to the beach. From here you can easily reach both the Finikoudes area and Mackenzie.
