Bird Baldwin Twelve Oaks

Loved the spacious sunlight filled rooms. Arrived during a winter storm so the large sunny space was ideal. Having a washer and dryer was useful as we weren't expecting to still be wearing winter clothes in Savannah!

It would have been nice if there had been coffee and laundry detergent. Due to the storm getting around was difficult. Most coffee shops were closed!

Location was very convenient, safe and easy to get to, the place is spacious and beautiful with lots of natural light, the free parking on-site was wonderful, shower had good pressure, easy access to apartment through key code, plenty of room to spread out

Bed wasn't very comfortable (it sags like the one I have at home!), if you're a light sleeper the street noise from Liberty may keep you up (car traffic until late into the night)

Key did not open front door No oven as indicated by Booking . com There is a microwave / oven and should be described as such. No instruction manuals how to work oven /microwave Photo of property did not show Ice maker on the kitchen bench that reduces the use able space dramatically if you intend to cook. The noise of the ice maker is totally wrong to basically have next to the bed and no door to eliminate the noise. Sunday morning motor bikes riving up next door in the coffee shop parking lot at 8 am before screeching off. The shower door was hard for my wife to open. The only chairs to sit at the fold up table where lounge chairs. The photos of the property did show no bed side tables. We found that inconvenient when their but not beforehand Did not appreciate the the property management offering for us to gain 1 hour early entry for $20. This is the first time we have encountered this in 9 years of using airbnb, windu, homestaz, homeaway, and booking .com over the last 9 years intensively. We have dealt with many operators in the past that have had more than 50 + properties they manage. However they the time to make you welcome personally, in totally different countries and cultures.
