The apartment exceeded my already high expectations! Beautifully decorated, with a wonderful balcony and superb views of the river. Everything was perfect. The owner pays great attention to customer care and detail, the fridge was full of delicious delights, the bathroom equipped with high quality products and there were fresh flowers everywhere. The bed was super comfortable and you can even see the river from there as well! The location is also perfect, an easy walk into the old town. I will definitely stay here again when I next visit Ourense. Ourense is a great place to disconnect and enjoy all that Galicia has to offer... without mass tourism.

Elia and her home are outstanding. The apartment is fully equipped to a very high standard, spotlessly clean, exquisitely decorated and you can tell someone's gone to great lengths to think of every little thing one might need when staying away from home. She goes the extra mile to make people feel welcome. Beautiful home, great location, fridge and pantry fully stocked and an excellent, warm and caring hostess. Elia's home is almost impossible to fault. If I had to be mega fussy I'd say a Nutribullet and black pepper would have been great :-)
