Awesome location, nice view. Whole area was super nice, shopping center and seaside nearby. Apartment was spacious and comfortable enough.

To be honest, too much hassle. Can only check in / check out with prior notice at specified time. Host requests 200 EUR deposit in cash. List of rules too follow to get it back is super long - need to clean up after yourself, put together towels, wash the dishes (and there is no detergent), need to follow trash recovery schedule etc. Room optimized for longer stays, consumables are not included, need to buy your own. All facilities / furniture are cheapest ones. Linens are stained, pillows are super thin, mattress is super inconvenient, teapot was yellow inside (had to use pot to boil water), dryer was rusty (so could not use it to dry cloths). There is washing machine, but not detergent to wash anything. Any 3+ star hotel offers way more value for money. Apartment is good, but overall feeling was - host does not think about guests comfort, only about maximizing profits.
