La casa è situata in pieno centro storico, accanto al convento delle clarisse. E' al piano terra, ampia, pulita e confortevole, preceduta da un piccolo giardino. Il proprietario è stato molto ospitale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e vi ritorneremo.

Il proprietario è molto simpatico ed accogliente.Bagno pulito e profumato. La posizione è ottimale per visitate la città anche se si trova nella parte alta ,ma a piedi si raggiunge il centro facilmente.
Purtroppo la struttura è "vecchia". Suggerisco un rinnovamento degli arredi ,in special modo la cucina ,la quale non era pulitissima. Lo spazio esterno non è sfruttabile in quanto letteralmente abbandonato a sé stesso ;anche l'angolo appena fuori dalla porta d'ingresso risulta in stato di abbandono ,basterebbe una ripulita e ci si potrebbe anche fare colazione ,ma in quello stato è impossibile.Va detto invece che il.bagno era pulito e profumato.Diciamo che le foto e le recensioni sono un pochino ingannevoli ,ci aspettavamo una struttura più pulita ed accogliente ,un vero peccato.

The house is big, lots of space, nice garden but need to be improve.
The host phoned to a restaurant and ask to wait for us once was too late and they were almost closing.
When we came , 1 of the side beds/sofa was undo, looks that the host nephew slept there , so didn't givevus a clean feeling!
The house in general needed a clean and smell to cigarette 🚬 😒
We understand the host tried to be friendly but too much talking and talking when we arrived late and wanted to rest.
The door from the house doesn't lock we had to put a chair to stick the door.
Really need a clean, a painting, new towels and a better cleaning.
