My niece lives in the monastery which is a hop, skip, and a jump to Casa Oasi. You can't beat it!!!

I did not eat breakfast. The location to the monastery is wonderful.

Pleasant

The house is big, lots of space, nice garden but need to be improve. The host phoned to a restaurant and ask to wait for us once was too late and they were almost closing.

When we came , 1 of the side beds/sofa was undo, looks that the host nephew slept there , so didn't givevus a clean feeling! The house in general needed a clean and smell to cigarette 🚬 😒 We understand the host tried to be friendly but too much talking and talking when we arrived late and wanted to rest. The door from the house doesn't lock we had to put a chair to stick the door. Really need a clean, a painting, new towels and a better cleaning.

Good

The apartment is situated in the old town of pictursque Tuscania only a short walk away from the famous panorama points. It is situated in a back yard with a romantic garden thus mostly isolating you from the street noises. Tuscania is a great starting point to explore the whole area. I want to recommend explicitely to visit Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Tarquinia, the legendary etruscian necropolis of Cerveteri, the church of Ceri, Viterbo, Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana. We also liked the archeological parc of Sutri and the medieval villages Vitorchiano, Calcata Vecchia and Faleria. The owner, Stefano, is very nice and friendly. He is always eager for a chat and having an Italian coffee together with his guests.

Best suited for romantics, not so much for families. The apartment, contrary to the statement at booking.com, has no own washing machine. You always have to ask the owner to do the washing for you. Don´t go there with a car bigger than a Seat Alhambra as the roads leading there are medieval and narrow.

A very special experience

Stefano met us on the street to make clear where to park, which couldn't have been closer! :) And he led us through an amazing garden down a path to the flat his family has owned for a long time. The art work was incredible -- I only regret that I did not ask about the artist. His mother had prepared our Bialetti pot of coffee and left an array of sweets and things in the refrigerator. Stefano recommended a restaurant and led us there, giving us historical information on the way. Tuscania is a gem; authentically restored after the 1971 earthquake. I can't do justice to it here but it rewards research and attention. Attentive, charming, intelligent hosts in a wonderful place.

Stefano was a joy to meet, attentive to every detail. The apartment provided lots of room with all the amenities, strong WiFi service. Location was excellent for walking through the historic area.

This HOME is BLESSED

The owners went out of they way to see that our stay was comfortable. He welcomed us with lots of fruits, sweets, bottles of water and even beer. The home was clean and well equipped. He is so kind and caring and looked after our every need. We felt so good we booked here. Would highly recommend this place with a 10/10

Really a large part of the good feeling of accommodation is the owners. Stefano and his mother are very kind and attentive. Very personal approach. Tuscania is beautiful place and the apartment in a great location, parking within reach. Thank you Stefano and greetings for cats! :-)

Soggiorno decisamente piacevole

La casa è situata in pieno centro storico, accanto al convento delle clarisse. E' al piano terra, ampia, pulita e confortevole, preceduta da un piccolo giardino. Il proprietario è stato molto ospitale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e vi ritorneremo.

Non quello che mi aspettavo

Il proprietario è molto simpatico ed accogliente.Bagno pulito e profumato. La posizione è ottimale per visitate la città anche se si trova nella parte alta ,ma a piedi si raggiunge il centro facilmente.

Purtroppo la struttura è "vecchia". Suggerisco un rinnovamento degli arredi ,in special modo la cucina ,la quale non era pulitissima. Lo spazio esterno non è sfruttabile in quanto letteralmente abbandonato a sé stesso ;anche l'angolo appena fuori dalla porta d'ingresso risulta in stato di abbandono ,basterebbe una ripulita e ci si potrebbe anche fare colazione ,ma in quello stato è impossibile.Va detto invece che il.bagno era pulito e profumato.Diciamo che le foto e le recensioni sono un pochino ingannevoli ,ci aspettavamo una struttura più pulita ed accogliente ,un vero peccato.
