Bedrooms/living open to 600 SF courtyard entertaining deck. 4 ceiling fans, washer/dryer, 3 parking spots. Includes extra bedding, towels, & games. 1/3 acre lot features large oak trees, fire pit, vineyard & Sonoma Mountain views. Amazing location! This farmhouse home features an open style floor plan including a 400 square foot master suite that features a large walk-in rain shower. Enjoy local bike & hiking trails just minutes from the home, views of Sonoma Mountains. The home backs up to vineyards and open space. The home features a whole house fan, AC, and 4 ceiling fans which are great for keeping it cool with the windows open or closed. The property has ample off-street parking space for 3 cars. Wow this home was amazing!! We stayed her for my sisters spa bachelorette weekend. It was the perfect escape, the big backyard, fire pit, hot tub and hammock were wonderful! Not to mention the updated appliances and beautiful finishings. Not a single complaint about this beautiful home! Not to mention the host was super communicative and responsive to all our questions and concerns! Highly recommend!

We stayed in Milton's beautiful Sonoma home to celebrate a dear friend's 60th birthday and it could not have been more perfect! The location was outstanding for exploring downtown Sonoma and it's fantastic wineries. The home was equipped with everything we needed to have the perfect weekend, the beds incredibly comfortable and the amenities top notch. Milton was so responsive, helpful, kind and friendly - a great host. You cannot go wrong choosing his home!
