The Comfort Condo was a great choice for our extended family's ski vacation in March 2025. It was beautiful, comfortable, well-stocked, and especially convenient to the West Village where we skied and the Little Ones took lessons. We were a family of nine: 6 adults and 3 children from the ages of 2 - 7. All of us appreciated the large family space on the main level with a massive dining table for all our meals. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with almost everything you could possibly need for cooking and dining in. We ate all our meals together at the condo from Sunday evening through Thursday morning and even came home from the West Village for lunch. We all appreciated having the convenience of a washer and dryer in the basement as well as a two-car garage!

We went with our family skiing and the place was updated, super clean and lots of space. Especially loved the bedroom situation and the great room was ideal for gathering for lunch in between runs (easy walk to the American Flyer lift) and at night. Also very easy walk to Center Village. I especially highly recommend the owners and their property manager. They were very flexible and accommodating with some unexpected circumstances, and available to help throughout the stay.

This was the perfect place for us. Close to the slopes and an easy walk to the village for dinner in the evenings. If you choose to stay in and cook, the kitchen had everything you could ever need!The layout of the 3-level house worked very well for us. 2 BR on the top level with bathrooms in each BR and 2 BR on the lower level with another bathroom. The main level was very spacious and provided lots of room to hang out.Excellent communication with the host. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place. Check in instructions were clear. Parking was underground and enough for 2 cars in garage. 3 story townhouse. Main living area was spacious and enough chairs for all of us to gather and have a place to sit. True ski in/out. Kitchen with island was great for prepping food. Had drip and Keurig coffee makers. Shuttle to different villages was nice. Private hot tub was awesome after being on the slopes for the day, and towels were provided too. Loved the natural light and gas fireplace was easy to operate. Would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family! Walkable to central village and ski school (west village). House was stocked with everything you could need from a crockpot to humidifier. Main living space had plenty of room for 6 adults. When we come back to Copper, we will not hesitate to stay at this house!

This townhome was perfect for our group of eight skiing at Copper Mountain for the first time. The home is beautifully and comfortably furnished, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. We cooked all of our meals during our five-night stay and were pleased to find the kitchen very well-equipped with high-quality pots and pans and a wide variety of helpful appliances (griddle, blender, etc.) As we prepared for our trip, the owners and property manager were quick to respond to our questions and provided very helpful information about the property and surrounding amenities. We appreciated the underground parking. We were able to fit a Ford Edge and a Ford Explorer in the 2-car garage, with a bit of room to spare. All-in-all, a great rental experience. We highly recommend!

This townhome was perfect for our group of 9. We had 5 kids and 4 adults and everyone was very comfortable. The private underground parking garage was super convenient. This property was well equipped with everything you need from towels to toiletries to all the little kitchen stuff (salt, pepper, spices, etc) to make your stay even better. It was about a 3 minute walk to the Woodward Express in East village. Center Village was a bit further but still within walking distance. Cindy was a pleasure to work with and even though we had no issues she was checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall great stay!

Great property for our extended family of 10. Wonderful location in walking distance to the ski lifts. Well stocked kitchen. The only problems were 1) access to the garage — the new mobile app didn’t work. Property manager was very prompt in rectifying the issue. 2) TVs didn’t work and required a remote reset by the internet provider — again a prompt response to fix. Would definitely recommend this property.

This townhouse is in a great location close to both central and west village. A service road behind the townhouse can be used for ski in access. There is a 5 min walk out to either the west village lift or American Flyer. This was perfect for us given we had a mix of beginners and advanced skiers. We did most of our dinners in the townhouse. Very equipped kitchen with gas cooking range! Getting into the unit a bit of work but not horrible. When you drive up to the building you have to get out of your car and enter a door code to walk into an underground driveway that then allows you to hit a button that opens the garage door. Once in the underground driveway - you then drive to the unit (clearly marked) and then get out of your car again to enter another code for another garage door specifically for the townhouse. This will be the 2 car garage for the townhouse (tight fit for 2 SUV’s. You repeat this process on the way out as well Having a remote garage door opener for both garage doors would obviously eliminate all of this but I can understand with a rental that it could poise logistics challenges to handle issuing and recollection of remote devices. The townhouse is spacious / 3 story Top floor is 2 bedrooms (master and another with queen) each with there own full bathroom Middle floor is kitchen and living area (very spacious) and half bathroom Bottom floor is 2 bedrooms both containing the bunks / with a shared full bathroom.

We really enjoyed this property and the communication and help from the property manager were outstanding! We liked being close to the slopes and near both west and center villages. The setup of bedrooms and everything was perfect for our large family. The only things Id have to change on this would be more comfortable and updated bedding. There also were quite a few areas that were missed by cleaning (under beds, behind doors, etc.) That a place as nice as this typically wouldn't have. Overall a great place and great location.

We were so lucky to find this place! A true ski in and ski out. Right in the middle of center and west village so it gave us options on where we wanted to hit the mountain! The condo is very spacious, clean and had plenty of linens, towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The property manager sent me a text on the day of check in and even offered us an early check in which was perfect since we arrived to town early. Thank you for sharing your space with us! We will definitely be back!
