The listing will show FIRM no refund. There is a $300 non-refundable fee to reserve and hold your week. On or before 45 days prior to arrival/check-in FINAL payment for your stay is due. Once paid, your FINAL payment is non-refundable - with the exception, we will open your week and attempt to fill your previously reserved week - if successful, and your week is re-rented - we will gladly refund your payment. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Montana cabin! The property is cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings, with stunning views and easy access to nature, made it a perfect escape. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to relax and enjoy .

The view from cabin is awesome, we love the large deck and hot tube. This was our 3rd time staying at the cabin and we always have a great time.

No words can describe this other than Heaven. The views were just phenomenal and very nicely maintained. We really enjoyed our first vacation here. Hopefully, we will be back again.
