Renovated 1920's Barn Cottage. Pets welcome. Access to Delaware River.

I highly recommend this location for a beautiful & relaxing experience! The barn itself is as clean & cozy as can be! The way it is decorated is absolutely beautiful. I loved the overall design/setup. We had pretty much everything we needed, and it was amazing to play house in there for the weekend. The area around the barn had so much to do! Our goal was to be outside and disconnect, which there was endless opportunities for. We were pool bodies for the most part and didn't take advantage of everything we could've, but it's one of those situations where you can definitely see yourself coming back and doing something new every time. It was just so full of life with deer and fireflies (for example) all over the place. The hosts, their family, and their friends were incredible, as well. It felt like such a great community and a reminder that we need to connect with those around us more and be active in our lives. It was so nice to hear the experiences of those who live in this area, and everyone was just so kind! Lots of energy, but in such a calm way. It's a place you leave immediately wanting to schedule another trip to.

What a little hidden gem! This cozy cottage was the perfect home away from home for the three of us and our two dogs while our daughter attended the veterinary program at Delaware Valley University. The beds were comfortable, the pool was crystal clear and the perfect way to cool off after a hot day, and we were welcomed with coffee and cupcakes—a thoughtful touch that made us smile. The owners live onsite and very kind and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

This place was as advertised. If I had any negative things to say it would have been the area by the river. We took some wine down there and were disappointed in the conditions. Metal chairs were rusted. The stain on the benches and table was peeling.

This rental was as good as it gets. Beautiful property inside and out. Friendly hosts who took care of all our needs and then some. Our dog loved it with the large grassy yard and easy access to the rail trail right in the back of the property. Would most definitely stay there again.
