This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom mountain condo is located in the exclusive Snowcreek Resort in the mountain community of Mammoth Lakes. The picturesque and peaceful neighborhood is located in a meadow at the base of the Sherwin Mountain Range with an incredible view of Mammoth Mountain and Mammoth Rock. The Snowcreek 5 development is beautiful and well maintained with willowy Aspen trees and summer wildflowers at your front and back door and a dazzling snow covered panorama in the winter. This two story town home with no one above or below you to disturb your peace and quiet during your stay has been furnished with authentic lodge antiques, original works of art and all the comforts of a luxury vacation rental.
This remarkable 1400 square foot condo has 2 wonderfully appointed bedrooms, 2 pristine bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable cozy living room, a warm welcoming fireplace, a fully operational laundry room, 2 balconies with enchanting views and one romantic bedroom deck. On the ground level you will find the laundry room, the master bedroom, master bathroom and deck. The master bedroom has a California king bed with hotel linens and pillows while the attached master bath features double sinks, two shower enclosures and a bathtub. There is a sliding door leading to an outside deck with a view of a sloping hill with naturally landscaped wildflowers and aspens that are beautiful to wake up to! On the upstairs level you will find the living room with balcony, kitchen, fireplace and bathroom. There is also a second bedroom with a California king bed and a spectacular balcony with a view of the towering pine covered mountains just a short distance away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook almost any meal. We provide Direct TV in the living room, master bedroom and upstairs bedroom and free WIFI throughout.
There are an abundance of towels provided for both bathrooms and any trips to the hot tub you may wish to indulge in and we also provide toilet tissue, Kleenex, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap for your convenience. Daily maid service is not provided but is available on request for an additional fee. There is a one car garage with private entry plus one private parking space available in the driveway in front of the garage, as well as community parking across the street.
Close to town, yet just far enough away to be immersed in the delights and wonder of nature, you will have all your dining, shopping and recreational needs met within a 10 to 15 minutes drive. Summer activities include hiking, mountain biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding and back country wilderness exploration. The development is accessible to the local bike path and Snowcreek Golf Course. Winter activities include world class skiing, ice skating, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowball fights and snowman building! There is a giant hill for sledding bordering Snowcreek 5 so don't forget your tube or sled for hours of afternoon fun! After a day on the slopes or out on the lake come home and enjoy one of several large hot tubs located within walking distance of your unit. Star gazing and bird watching are also great year round activities to be enjoyed while curled up by the fire wrapped in a cozy blanket or relaxing on the balcony for the evening or afternoon.

Nice unit. Good layout for two couples. Very clean. Unfortunately, the dryer was not working throughout our stay, despite the property manager trying to address it. This is why I've rated our stay lower than a 5, as we were counting on a washer and dryer. We were credited one night for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. I apologize for being late with my second payment. I mistakenly thought it had been paid, given that I received a credit - my mistake.

We really enjoyed this very clean and lovely home. Host was extremely prompt when we had trouble connecting to the WiFi. I would definitely stay at this bnb again.

I really want to give this rental property a better rating but unfortunately there was a mouse infestation. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. However, the mouse issue was frustrating. We stayed there for three nights. On the first night, we saw a mouse running in the living room, my husband went to Vons to buy some mouse traps and peanut butter to attract the mouse. We successfully got one mouse within an hour. The second day, we trapped two more mice. One the third day, we saw another mouse, so we had to buy more traps. However, the mouse actually ate all the peanut butter from all the traps we set up without being trapped on the last day. We gave up since we were leaving. It’s really bothering because we went with a 5-year-old who likes to play on the floor. We also found mouse droppings here and there especially in the kitchen. We already took all the trash out every night before bed. We contacted the property manager, and it sounded like a known problem. He said he could send someone to check, but after I replied back, I didn’t hear from him again. We really love the location and the quiet community there. But with the mouse issues, I don’t think we will stay there again.
