Bastide Dou Pastre – Mérindol, Luberon
Nestled in the heart of the Vaucluse, within easy reach of the Luberon's hilltop villages, Bastide Dou Pastre is an authentic Provençal property — ideal for a family getaway or a trip with friends.
The bastide offers 4 bedrooms with King size or twin beds, each with an en-suite bathroom, private entrance and individual terrace. For a group stay, that level of privacy makes all the difference. The property has 4 bathrooms, 4 WCs and air conditioning throughout all 4 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, a generous open-plan living and dining area with fully fitted kitchen. The sliding glass doors open completely onto the garden, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor flow. Upstairs, a 40 m² terrace with views, a second kitchen, lounge area and Smart TV.
Outside: shaded garden, pergola with Moroccan-style lounge, gas plancha, summer sitting area and a table for 8 by the pool (7x7 m, chlorine, safety alarm), sun loungers and armchairs. Everything you need to stay put and unwind.
Location: Mérindol, a few kilometres from Aix-en-Provence and Avignon, close to lavender fields, local markets and TGV stations. Marseille Provence Airport is easily accessible.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison, spacieuse et confortable, ainsi que sa localisation. Nous vous conseillons un passage à la cave à aimé ainsi qu’à la bastide du tilleul. Un grand merci à Emma qui nous a conseillés tout au long du séjour et s’est rendue très disponible. Nous sommes conquis par la région :)

Nous avons énormément apprécié la bastide Dou Pastre, son organisation et son style étaient très agréables, et avoir plusieurs espaces de vie permettaient d’organiser de très belles journées. La proximité des commerces (de haute qualité) du village étaient très pratiques, tout était facile et idéal. Tout a permis de passer des vacances excellentes.
L’accueil d’Emmanuelle était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement la bastide Dou Pastre ainsi qu’Air Property Procence pour ses services dans cette si belle région.

Magnifique demeure où rien ne manque, pas même le compagnon idéal qu'est Charlie, un matou incroyablement affectueux.
La vue sur le village et son clocher sont apaisant, le jardin reposant et la piscine, comme un aimant.
Une demeure conçu pour la famille, avec de multiples recoins pour partager des moments inoubliables.
Et, comme toujours, l'accueille d'Emma et de Déborah toujours aussi chaleureux et d'un grand professionnalisme.
Ce n'est pas un endroit qui vaut le détour, c'est un endroit qu'il faut connaitre au moins une fois dans sa vie !
