About this villa rental
Villa Santa Fe is the sister property to Villa Francisco #284641 our other 5 star property located in the same compounded private, gated and secure property. It is comprised of 5 bedrooms with king size beds and three with jacuzzi tubs and has seven 7 bathrooms. The Villa also has a steam room. We have a large heated infinity pool with a waterfall, and 4 interior waterfalls, 2 bars, a gourmet kitchen, a large bbq area with stainless steel bbq and rotisserie, wireless internet, bluetooth sound system, 5 smart tv's with blue -ray, 4 balconies off of the bedrooms, and a water purification system, we offer a spectacular view of the town, beach, jungle and the bay. We are in a prime location as we are directly above the Blue Chairs and Mantamar resorts and los muertos beach(the most famous and popular beach in Puerto vallarta) a 10 minute walk and minutes from the historical area, shopping, restaurants ,the Malecon, the beach and all tourist activities. Our rates include a 5 star chef, sous chef,full service maid 6 days per week, a gardener/poolman and a concierge service. Our chef service includes any two meals per day i.e.; breakfast and dinner or lunch and dinner, food and beverage costs are not included in the chef services and she presents actual cost receipts for all purchases. There is a $30.00 per day service/shopping fee and must be paid in cash USD or pesos. There is a $20 per person, per meal, charge for extra invited guests above 10 as well as a $50 per night fee for additional guests who stay over. We also provide safes in every bedroom for guests money and valuables. Our concierge will contact you a few weeks prior to your arrival and send you a pre arrival list of available activities and general Puerto Vallarta information. It will ask for your arrival times, names of guests, airline info and airport pickup if requested and any other information pertinent to your stay. We provide fresh flowers throughout the villa as well as robes for all of our guests. Please review all 35 pictures as well as our reviews for more information. This was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta and could not have been happier with our accommodations! Communication was easy and the meals were delicious! We would stay here again.

Food was amazing. Tina is an amazing chef as well as morning chef. Staff was also amazing. It’s like they were hiding. You would have breakfast and return to the room and they were done. We would return.

We had an excellent stay at the property, and would recommend it! Richard and Tina were very accommodating, and their staff were also excellent. We were very impressed with the meals and thoroughly enjoyed the different menu options we got to experience.

I have very mixed feeling about my stay.... There were a number of issues that were addressed directly with the property manager at the end of my stay that I hope they will address with future guests.
Issues Addressed:
- There was no hot water for the majority of our stay
- Complete random strangers, roamed into the property unannounced on one of the days. Somehow they were let into the security gate by property owners
- Plumbing Issues
- Daily laundry service was not facilitated as agreed upon
- Poor Wifi Connectivity
- None of the activities requested in advance to book were booked or any effort made to do so
- We requested the use of the golf cart on property to get up and down the 150ft driveway leading up to the villa. Our requests were never responded to and getting in and out of the property was quite the workout each time
- There was a large amount of ants in and around the property
As mentioned, the above issues were addressed directly with the property manager at the end of our stay. The owner and property manager did make an effort to rectify some of the issues with a nominal concession/reduction in food/beverage costs.
