This ideal vacation get away is suited for those seeking a quality rental that offers a location East of Route 1 and within walking distance to beach, downtown and boardwalk! You will be vacationing in a spacious, comfortable, quiet five bedroom, three and a half bath home with a private in ground pool! The first floor boasts hardwood flooring, a spacious living area with flat screen TV! Wireless internet service included! The yard is fully fenced. Cook inside the fully equipped granite kitchen overlooking the living area! Just perfect for entertaining! There is also a trex deck, screened porch, outside enclosed shower and a gas grill! The first floor master bedroom features a flat screen TV with DVD, walk in closet and a private ceramic tiled full bath. There are four bedrooms upstairs serviced by two nicely sized ceramic tiled bathrooms! Dual zoned central air for added comfort. This freshly decorated beach house makes a perfect family vacation retreat.

• First floor: Bedroom #1: King (sleeps 2) with private bath • Second Floor: Bedroom #2: 1 King (sleeps 2) with shared bath with bedroom #4. Bedroom #3: Full sized bed (sleeps 1-2) Bedroom #4: 2 twins (sleeps 2) Bedroom #5: Queen (sleeps 2). Bedrooms #3 & #5 are serviced by a hall bath.
MUST BRING OWN LINENS & TOWELS (If unable to bring linens, arrangement could be made- just ask upon booking request)
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The house is located on a quiet tranquil tree lined one way street and has an exceptional 'Cape Cod Feel'. Only 1 block to Silver Lake and 4 blocks to the beaches! Far away from the noise of downtown Rehoboth but conveniently located near shopping and restaurants! Rehoboth Beach is a great town for bikes. Bring them and just park the cars! No need for parking permits. Quick access to Route 1 and the Outlets.

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately hurricane came and sone days were stuck in doors. Would be nice to be closer to the beach. Definitely need bikes. Grandkids loved the pool. Traffics is crazy so expect delays everywhere. Manager was awesome!

We had the best time! Our family of 10, aged 19-95, were in town to see our daughter perform at the Clearspace Theater where she’s working all summer. The house was perfect. From the ease of communicating with Valerie, checking in with an easy keypad system, the layout where my parents could have their own private space on the first floor, the open kitchen, screened-in porch, location that was walking distance to a beautiful beach and boardwalk and the perfectly sized pool that kept us cool on really hot days-we could not have been happier with our choice! Thank you so much for helping us make great memories together! We hope to return!

This house is well appointed, spacious and has everything needed for a good stay for a big
family like ours. The pool was a big hit with the little ones. The fact that the owner/manager made a Rehoboth Beach parking pass available to us was a really helpful asset. The owner/manager was readily available for questions and always responsive on a timely basis. This is a place we are likely to look to again when we plan our next trip to Rehoboth.
