About this apartment rental
This beautifully re-modeled condo is steps away from all of the action in Park City. From your front door you will have a short walk across the street to the “Quitting Time” ski run, which gives you direct access to the The Town Lift. After skiing take" Quitting Time" back to your Park city condo. Relax around the condo fireplace or enjoy the common area hot tub. Take a short two block walk down" Trappers Way" to Old Town Main Street. Once on Main Street you will be steps away from shopping and all the famous bars and restaurants in Park City. As you can tell, the main attractions of Park City are within walking distance but the unit does come with one assigned parking space. The condo has one large bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size pull out couch in the living room that accommodates two adults. Everything is new and comfortable. When you decide to stay in, you will be watching TV in front of a fire in your own great room while cooking whatever you desire in a fully equipped kitchen. It will feel like home.

We stayed here during the Sundance Film Festival, and could not have asked for a better location. Just 5 min walking to Egyptian Theatre and Main Street. The living room doesn’t have any windows, so it can get a bit dark, but the bedroom makes up for it with huge floor to ceiling windows and balcony overlooking the mountains. We loved the fireplace too! It’s a lovely condo. Can’t wait to come back.

The one bedroom unit was exactly as it was advertised. Dylan was wonderful to deal with. The place was expertly provisioned. As long as you don’t mind stairs, it was an excellent location. Also a great value.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The location is great. Easy walk to Main Street and the Town Lift. The condo is well stocked. Dylan was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great location, very well stocked, cozy and clean (much appreciated!). Be ready for stairs with gear if you plan to ski in/out. Town lift is very convenient and we used the ski valet nightly by the lift—lifesaver! Quitn Time run was not open Jan 9-13. We’ll be back!
