We have stayed in AA for the past 8-10 years...cute house in a great location (plus our friends rent next door). Great screen porch and bikes/chairs to use. The master bed mattress is in TERRIBLE shape and has been for years...really wish they would change it. Experienced a carpenter ant swarm...no ones fault really, but still was annoying. The management company sent an exterminator the same day. Nice new TV. I’d love to buy the place myself someday!
The cleaning crew needs to do a better job...they were there less than 30 minutes and it showed.
