cld of done with more fencing on bottom of gate as my dog cld crawl underneath, we blocked it off with a chair, also sink in main bathroom wouldn't drain and a couple of blind pulley's were broken (sink and blind in twin room was rectified, didn't use the other blinds) En suite rubber shower mat cld do with a good clean or replacing and water didn't drain away very well also shower head wouldn't stay up - kept flopping down
