We enjoyed the central heating and little incidentals which often are not included.

The property had everything needed for a stay. Was ideally situated in a quiet village and generally clean and tidy. Very large property
The property has high vaulted ceilings that were full of cobwebs and hadn't been cleaned for ages, it was advertised as having a pool available for use but didn't say it was on a different site half a mile away. No WiFi reception although it was available it wasn't picking it up
