This hotel is well maintained with attentive and kind staff. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was very nice - warm and good pressure, and the rooms were spacious.
You do hear a lot of noise from the school next door, which isn't an issue when you're sleeping. There was a dog in the neighborhood that was barking all night. It probably annoyed everyone in a 1km radius though so it has nothing to do with the hotel.

Pleasant room, big sized bed
Unclean, not very attentive staff. The cleaner looked at me weird and was about to refuse cleaning when I asked her to just come 15 minutes later.
