Beautiful one of a kind 10,000 sq. ft. open space home on a 160 acre hilltop. Built with all natural materials. Stunning views from every window. Located within minutes of the picturesque village of Knowlton, Lac Brome and surrounded by ski hills and golf courses. A quiet corner of paradise offering privacy and peace.
Gorgeous views. Natural light. Beautiful sunsets. Many decks. Good for stargazing. 3 ponds with pathways (1 can be used for swimming). Many ski hills in close proximity. Golf courses and hiking trails too.
Bird haven. Frequent deer and wild turkey sightings.

The entire house is at your disposal, except for 3 storage areas.
Property can accommodate up to 20 guests - the additional 15 to 20 guests would need to bring their own sleeping bags

Our group of 9 international Families thoroughly enjoyed having Sugar Hill as home base for the week as we explored the Eastern Townships, played on Douglas Beach in Knowlton, and became reaquainted with each other. The ground floor of this lovely, large home, provided the perfect space in any weather to hang out, eat, and play. It was fun for all ages. We recommend this for any group looking to spend quality time together in the Eastern Townships. We cannot thank the hosts enough for welcoming us into their beautiful home.

Everything worked out great with our stay. The cabin is very large and spacious. We stayed with 10 people and there were plenty of beds and space around the house. There was never a moment that we felt crowded. The areas is nice and remote and very quiet. Just the way we wanted. Pierre was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!
