A premier North Shore experience. House is perfectly situated between north and south tourist locations, small towns, and parks. Also accesses an isolated rocky beach just a few short steps off the deck. Beautiful location, full kitchen amenities, high-quality furnishings, and thoughtful layout of bedrooms and family areas. We will be back.

The property was even more spacious than we expected from the photos and was very clean. We loved walking down to the sauna and “cold plunging” in the lake at the rock beach below the sauna building. We would love to stay here again!

Wow, what a special place to spend a long weekend! Lake Superior is cold, so if you are not familiar, make sure to bring some warm clothes for when the breeze is off the lake. For those who are familiar and love the water, this was a great place for kids to jump in, swim around, and then race to a roaring campfire to get them warm again. The handful of other similar rentals in the development weren't noisy or bothersome. Location and small stores in the area were a plus. Decent coffee is almost walkable, decent gas station/convenience store is very close. Lutsen is close, and Split Rock and Grand Marais, though opposite directions, were easy drives. Would definitely book again and recommend highly.

We have stayed in other homes on this property but this felt more cozy and private because of how close it is to the lake. We will definitely be back.
