We stayed here over Labor Day. Our condo (604) was clean and spacious. We had 8 adults and 3 babies. The condo is right on the beach and has two pools, which was great for babies. It was a peaceful and quiet beach. Wal Mart is right across the street which was convenient.
Parking can be tricky if you have more than one or two cars and especially if you are still in the car seat phase. We used the public parking lot at the Fairfield in to park some of our cars since only two passes are given and each family drove their own vehicle. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to get the car and we paid about $115 for the 4 days we parked at Fairfield inn.

We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back. We are a family consisting of 3 couples and 2 small children. This set up was perfect for us. The location was ideal as it is across the street from Walmart, ice cream shops, some boutiques, and a Mexican restaurant. We could walk anywhere we needed to go. The beach here is lovely!

The condo was certainly large enough, not very clean and noisy. It is located right beside the elevator so everyone passes by 2 of the bedrooms windows making it very noisy for those 2 rooms. All the bathrooms had previous occupants hair in them ! When we arrived the kitchen faucet had leaked water all over the counter and floor. Our biggest complaint is there is no pRki g. The listing says it comes with 2 spaces however it is 1st come 1st serve . There is owner paid parking but this units owners do not pay for a spot so we had to public park for $50 per night and then. Move our cars when there was a space available and Uber the rest of the week which became costly!! There are so many units available at the beach that you don’t have to pick a unit that does not have reserved parking . The phoenix Gulf shores has a larger unit with guaranteed parking available. Rent that unit instead
