The house was perfect for us.
The kitchen was really well stocked. Crock pot, blender , plenty of pans. Just 4 forks which was weird. They have enough dishwasher soap for 2 loads You will have a few trash bags. No paper towels or any other amenities.
The laundry room had soap for two loads.
The golf cart was perfect to get around. You can go to Baytown Wharf for eating and activities. You can make it to Publix to shop and there are lots of shopping and food in that area also.
The pool is right across the street from this house. We used this pool and the bigger one.

House has a great setup and checks all the boxes. We’ve stayed in Villa Lago before. The turnover service could do a better job cleaning the property before arrival, as we found some interesting trash. Also, the house has 4 forks in the kitchen…..
