Cosy parisian place at Arc de Triomphe

Karin’s studio is much larger than it appears in the photos. Check-in was very easy and Karin responded quickly whenever I contacted her.The elevator, not something commonly found in Paris apartment buildings, was great, especially for getting my luggage in and out of the building.The studio was comfortable – the air conditioning worked great, the bathroom with spacious, and the sofa and bed were very comfortable. The blackout shades on the window were great for sleeping. There was lots of space for clothing and storing my suitcases.The kitchen was well equipped. Unlike many Airbnb‘s, Karin’s studio had everything you needed for your entire stay – paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher, pods, and laundry detergent. The neighborhood had lots of shops and restaurants. I felt very comfortable walking around at night.The studio is great and I highly recommend it.

Very spacious, great light, pretty view, awesome bed. We loved this comfortable & wonderfully-equipped apartment. So many thoughtful details: ice tray, kitchen towels, paper towelling, espresso pods! Too many hosts don't think of those little things that change a stay from good to great. Loved the TV streaming & the big counters in the kitchen & bathroom. The location was great for us because we're walkers/metro users - it may not be in the middle of the Marais, but the neighborhoods are beautiful. Wonderful suggestions from Karin in her guestbook & she is always quick to respond & helpful. We would stay again (& hope to)!

Karin was terrific about communication before our stay and met us to give us the keys. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and as shown in the photos. The apartment is very spacious, clean, bright and well-appointed. There is even a washer if needed. The small kitchen has everything you need if you decide to prepare a meal. We enjoyed having the Nespresso style coffee maker.There is a Franprix market next door to the apartment building and a larger Monoprix market around the corner. There are several bakeries to choose from within a couple blocks. So convenient! It was about a 5-minute walk to two Metro stops so getting anywhere in town was a breeze.We will definitely look to stay here again during our next visit.
