About this apartment rental
Our cozy condo is located on the southern end of Estero Island, in the Estero Island Yacht and Racquet complex. We are located on a wide canal by Fish Tail Marina. The second floor unit has a great view of the canal boat traffic and wildlife. Since we are on the second floor & there are steps and that should be considered, there is no elevator. The unit has been remodel with all new furnishings for you to relax in after a day at the beach or out experiencing Fort Myers area attractions. Estero Yacht and Racquet
has a heated pool and a large patio space in the community. These are great places to grill, relax along the canal and meet the neighbors and other visitors if you wish. The kitchen is fully furnished should you want to cook your meals here or use the grills on the patio. We enjoy the patio many evenings grilling and watching the boats return to the marina. Our community is small but friendly and close enough to walk to nearby restaurants or use the trolley to go to Times Square for the night.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking on our community property is on;y allowed in the rear parking area.

The condo was just as described and had everything you need. It was on a quiet street. The pool was great and the beach is a short walk

It was a very nice 1 bedroom condo. Carol was a pleasure to meet and she assisted in everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Unit is well appointed and has everyrhing you need for a week's vacation stay, speciallly if you are a beach lover. The complex is very quiet and relaxing.You feel as if it is your private holiday apartment Only complaint, which was not important, is that the internet was slow
