About this house rental
Perfect for families, or several couples, our home has plenty of light and a wrap around deck with a marsh and ocean view. It is a mere 5 minute walk to popular Red River Beach. The upper story has an open concept kitchen, dining and living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower floor contains two more bedrooms and a bath, as well as a billiard room with TV. You can enter the house through the beach room , after enjoying the hot water in the outdoor shower. There is an outdoor gas grill on the deck and a big lawn for games! Kismet has central air conditioning and heating for your comfort, and a gas log fireplace for coziness. We'd love to share it with you!

Wonderful stay at this cottage - lots of privacy within the house; able to walk to nearby beach which was lovely. excellent communication with owner; absolutely no complaints- even had perfect weather!

This was our second year we stayed at Kismet. It was as good as we remembered it to be. First, the host is wonderful and very responsive. The house itself is very spacious and clean, and the views are great. The kitchen had everything we needed during our vacation. The three bathrooms were great and made sure no one had to wait too long for a shower — really great with two teenaged daughters! The pool table was a big hit, especially when it rained and we were stuck inside. And the family friendly beach toys/chairs/umbrellas/etc made beach time easy. Staying at Kismet is an easy choice that I highly recommend.

Our group had a wonderful stay! The house was more spacious than expected. There was both a good amount of common space to hang as a group and the four separate bedrooms/ bathrooms spread out over two floors provided ample personal space to unpack and and make your own for the weekend. Would highly recommend this house and look forward to returning in the future.
