About this house rental
updated home with beach access situated on 1 acre of land in the community of Balmoral on Lake Winnipesaukee. This home is located about a mile from a large sandy association beach. The main level has a living room with flat screen TV and pellet stove, eat-in kitchen and a large deck. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on this level; one bedroom with a queen bed, and one bedroom with a king bed. The upper level has its own full bath, one bedroom with a king, a twin and a full futon for additional sleeping. A second bedroom with a king and a twin as well. Relax on the deck or take a walk down to the playground or tennis court for more community activities. Balmoral has a boat launch for easy launching access. This home is conveniently located in the Lakes Region and is just a short drive from shopping, dining, and other fun area amenities

Pictures do it no justice! This place is great and in a perfect spot to enjoy all that the lake has to offer. 11/10 would recommend to anyone that asks!

We stayed with friends/parents of groom for a wedding down the street at The Castle in the Clouds. Was an excellent location for venue!

Rented before and was happy there. This time it was just ok. No gas in the golf cart. My son , his wife and their 2 year old ran out of gas less than a mile from the house. Had to go get them and get gas . There was hair in the upstairs shower.. Upstairs bathroom light missing a bulb which made it dark.
