Instead, there are ceiling fans and rotating fans in every room, open-air sliding doors, and cool tropical breezes that keep the space comfortable day and night.

To keep the neighborhood serene for everyone, no parties or large gatherings are permitted, and quiet hours are strictly observed in the evenings. We want your Big Island stay to be seamless. Our friendly on-site property manager, Pauly, resides in a completely separate downstairs apartment. He is available to assist with immediate needs or local recommendations while giving you total privacy to enjoy the home and backyard pool. Loved the pool my kids had such a good time! The sunsets were amazing and all the birds lizards and occasional visit from a black cat drinking from the pool early morning was so wonderful. I really enjoyed walking the neighborhood at night and checking out all the unique homes and beautiful lighting of the homes. My daughter even found a free little library on a walk and got a new book. Bring a flashlight though to avoid walking on critters out and about though. The fans inside really helped cool down the place when it was warm. The home is so warm, comfortable, and inviting. Highly recommend this home!

The house was amazing, exceeded our expectations, it was extremely clean and tidy. We spent most of our time outside in the pool area, I’d say about 80% of the time because it’s such a nice area for family and friends!

Our family recently stayed here during our trip to the Big Island, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The absolute highlight for us was the private pool. We spent countless hours swimming, relaxing, and making memories together. Whether it was starting the day with a morning swim or winding down in the evening after exploring the island, the pool quickly became everyone's favorite spot.We also loved how peaceful and private the property felt. It gave us the perfect place to slow down, reconnect as a family, and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii. Some of our favorite memories from the trip happened right at the house—sharing meals, laughing by the pool, and simply enjoying being together.It's rare to find a vacation rental that feels both luxurious and welcoming, but this one truly did. We left with amazing memories and already find ourselves talking about when we can come back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home base for our Big Island adventure!

Had a wonderful time. My 90 year old mother loved the walk-in pool. Thanks to Pauley, he was so helpful getting her up and down the stairs when needed. He was a great on-site host. Plan to return again...
