Cloud 9 Rental Agreement & House Rules
Cloud 9 is located at 22 Soaring Hawk Trail, Cleveland, Georgia, approximately 3 miles from Helen, near Sautee Nacoochee Indian Mound in the Historic Nacoochee Valley.
1. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: After 3:00 PM EST
Check-out: 11:00 AM EST
No early check-ins or late check-outs permitted, unless it was approved by the owner, early check-ins or late check outs maybe available, please ask.
2. No Smoking / No Vaping
This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping cabin.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
If smoke odor is detected inside after departure, the security deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges may apply.
3. Pet Policy (Dogs Only – No Cats, sorry)
Prior approval required
$75 per pet fee
Requirements:
Pets must be treated with flea/tick prevention (e.g., Advantage) at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Pets are not allowed on furniture.
If your dogs fret or bark continually when left alone, they must be taken with you when you leave the cabin.
Pet owners are responsible for all waste cleanup.
Evidence of fleas/ticks or damage may result in additional charges beyond the pet fee.
Owners assume no liability for pet or human illness/injury while on premises.
4. Age Requirement
5. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

9. Parking
Maximum 4–5 vehicles
Must park in driveway only
No roadside parking under any circumstances
Vehicles blocking roadway are subject to towing
These are narrow mountain roads. Emergency access must be maintained.
Please drive slowly on the mountain, 15 mph. Vehicles coming up the mountain have the right of way. If a vehicle is encountered coming up the mountain, please pull over as a courtesy.
NOTE: We provide a complementary Coffee Bar for our guests, featuring a KEURIG Duo coffee machine (Pods and Ground Coffee) plus a French Pot and coffee grinder for the Coffee aficionados!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this mountain cabin in Cleveland, Georgia. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how peaceful, clean, and well-kept everything was. The cabin sits in a beautiful, quiet spot surrounded by trees and mountain air—exactly what we were hoping for.Inside, the cabin was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The living area was cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing on the porch in the mornings with coffee and again in the evenings listening to the sounds of nature. It felt like a true retreat.The location was perfect—close enough to Helen, wineries, and hiking trails, but tucked away enough to feel private and relaxing. We brought our pets, and they loved it just as much as we did.The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. You can tell they really care about the property and their guests.We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this cabin if you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and refreshing mountain escape!

This house was well located near Helen and other activities.
Other pros include:
Hot tub
Incredible view!
Clean
Road up is not bad for a mountain road.
Cons (some of these are cons to me but may not be as important to you)
Neighbors are fairly close, does not have a remote cabin feel.
Fire pit is in front near driveway and right by other houses and cars.
House was quite small in terms of living/kitchen.
Guest house/game room was musty smelling.
Master is open you can hear everything throughout the house. Other bedroom is right by kitchen/living and you hear everything.
For the price I give 3 stars, but will say the house is well kept and communication is fantastic.
