About this house rental
Our family-friendly home offers keyless self-check-in, elegant finishes, a music and media room, recreation space, and a wet bar in the basement. Fully secured, our 5000 sqft house features four bedrooms and six baths, ensuring ample space for everyone. Please note that parties are not allowed, and only registered guests are permitted to check-in. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the property. Any gatherings must be reviewed and approved in advance, and additional charges may apply.
We updated the home early this year with feedback from our guests and major maintance that includes redo of entire home paint, update of bathrooms, kitchen among many other overhaul of the home.
Located in Overland Park, our luxury place is within walking distance to Deanna Rose Farmstead and a giant soccer field, making it suitable for guests of all ages. We are also just 30 minutes away from popular Kansas City attractions such as the Plaza, the Kansas City Zoo, the Sprint Center, Union Station, and various history and art museums/galleries. For your peace of mind, we have Ring monitoring enabled outside of the home and in the garage. No parties, commerials vahicles allowed.
With our Tesla Universal Charger, you can conveniently charge any of your EVs *Charging rates apply.

This was a perfect setting for a family gathering after my father’s funeral. Lots of room and nicely furnished. It was quite comfortable and enjoyable.

Beautiful home with a fair amount of potential. We found a lot of the things in the home to be very dated and hard to use. Felt strongly that things could have been cleaner. A lot of light switches are very quirky and/or do not work. Light in master bedroom barely works at all, and if you hit the switch on the wall, it begins making an awful clicking noise. Icemaker barely worked, back porch was very dirty with a big ant problem. When you’re on vacation, the last thing you wanna do is problem solved and have to try to figure things out which we had to do for a lot of things in this house.Main living room has a 35 inch TV and not much sitting for a large family that this home accommodates. Overall, the stay was fine, but this home definitely needs some updating and if you’re looking for something that accommodate a large family with small children, or a home that is up-to-date and modern, this is not the VRBO for you.
