Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Townhouse close to downtown Bozeman. 1 car garage. This townhouse is perfect for families wanting to stay in central Bozeman. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Neighborhood park for the kids to play at is only a block away. Pack'n play crib and high chair provided. CENTRAL AC -
There is no fenced in yard.
All the bedrooms are upstairs.

1 car garage with door that opens into the townhouse. Garage is full of bikes for you to use during your visit.
KITCHEN
Open plan kitchen, dining room, livingroom area. Great for entertaining. Kitchen is fully equipped with all pots and pans and cooking utensils needed. Blender, hand mixer, coffee pot and press, crockpot, fondue and more! I have provided you with all the kitchen basics garbage bags, ziplocks, foil, saran, coffee, sugar, olive oil to get your vacation started!
BATHROOM
There is a half bathroom on the main floor with toilet and sink.
DINING ROOM
Just off the kitchen is a large family style dinning table that seats 8. I have everything you need for a fun dinner party!
LIVINGROOM
Just off the dinning room is a lovely open living room with 2 comfy couches and comfy armchair. Smart TV and DVD player. Also a speaker with Bluetooth access to play your tunes. Free Wifi. The living room has a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. Bedding stored in Master Bedroom walk in closet. Sheets and pillow cases in Laundry room.
WORK SPACE
There is a desk with printer available for all your work needs. You will also find extra printer paper, stapler, scotch tape and pads of paper.
COVERED PORCH
There is a small covered porch just off the living room with seating for evening drinks. Webber grill on patio. Extra propane tank in garage. Grilling tools in pantry.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The Laundry Room is conveniently located at the top of the stairs with washer and dryer with detergent and bounce sheets provided.
MASTER BEDROOM
Private Large Master Bedroom with queen bed and en suite full bathroom. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and hairdryer provided. Large walk in closet with lots of shelving space and hangers provided. There is a smart TV. Bedside tables have sound machine and charging ports.
Private Queen Guest Room. Closet with hangers and bedside tables have sound machine and charging ports.
Private Twin Bedroom with 2 twin beds. This room is also perfect for kids as I have a cupboard full of toys! Huge box of lego and a Calico Critter set that my daughter enjoyed for years. TV with Roku and a DVD player. Bedside table has sound machine and charging ports.
Guest bathroom with hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Extra towels in laundry room.
My home should have EVERYTHING you need. Please contact me if something is missing I am happy to drop it off for you.
I am happy to accept long term rentals with a discount.
I offer 24 hour check-in. This means that you can check in AFTER 4pm and late into the night. I provide a key in a lockbox so you can let yourself into the house and I don't have to be there.

Julia, our host, was an excellent communicator from the beginning (as soon as we booked)! The townhouse was so comfortable! She had thought of EVERYTHING! I’ve stayed at a lot of rental properties and I’ve never seen one with as well-stocked a kitchen as this one! It made me want to stay longer and use the kitchen more! Sitting on the porch was lovely too! Everything was super clean, and parking was easy (options in both the front and the back of the property). We would definitely stay there again!

The townhouse is exceptionally well stocked from kitchen supplies to bikes for everyone in the family and even sound machines in every bedroom. It is in a very convenient location to Main Street and a lot of restaurants. Julia was also quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The location is great; very close to MSU and we enjoyed being adjacent to the park. This is an incredibly well-stocked townhome with so many perks, including a great collection of bikes of all sizes!
Julia was a great host and was very accomodating and helpful. We will be back to visit our son and plan on staying here again.
