An oasis in the city.
Welcome to a tranquil setting in the the middle of the buzzing city of Fort Lauderdale and neighboring Wilton Manners, Lauderdale by the Sea and Oakland Park. Setting foot on this property will make you forget what you left behind. Our property sit on a cul-de-sac nestled by matured trees and a small bridge that gives you entry in to a safe and relaxing heaven. Our home has an open concept floor plan on the first floor which is set and furnished in a modern contemporary style. Offering you many settings for conversation and gatherings. The first floor is inclusive of a living room, dinning room, full kitchen, breakfast area and family room (with an entertainment system that boasts a 52'' flat screen TV, media center PC, blue ray DVD and iPod docking station.) with a half bath and laundry facilities (modern front load washer, extra dryer). All rooms on the first floor have a view of the back yard which has a tropical relaxing landscape and a midnight blue pool.
Backyard and pool: The Backyard has an midnight blue pool with a beautiful wood deck that runs the complete length of the house. Under Palm trees and green bamboo is a cabana with a full sitting area and cozy fire pit. There is also and outdoor dinning table, a barbecue station and loungers for sun bathing and relaxing. The yard is landscaped in a tropical setting that lets you forget your troubles and invites you to take in nature. The second story is reserved for the bedrooms. There is a big master suite with its own flat screen TV / DVD and open concept bathroom in modern European hotel style, with a tub for 2, an extra shower and walk in closets. The master also opens to a balcony that runs the entire width of the house. There are two additional bedrooms, an spacious office with Wifi, printer, scanner, copy and a second bathroom that has a whirlpool tub. Our property is within a few minutes where ever you need to be - this is a wonderful location.
Restaurants: All the well-known chain restaurants and attractions are just few minutes away on US #1, including Bonefish Grill, Capital Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, Olive Garden, Blockbuster Video, Boston Market, Ruth's Chris Steak House along with many fine local restaurants. The main tourist street - Las Olas is 8 minutes away, featuring galleries, fine dining and bars. The beach strip and the famous beach plaza is 5 minutes away for night time cruising and entertainment. The resort town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is just 10 minutes north. For day excursions, go to famous Boca Raton (20 min. north), South Beach-Miami and Lincoln Mall (45 min. south), Sawgrass Mills Discount Mall (20 minutes west) or the Everglades (30 min west). The science museum features an IMAX theater, and the Art Gallery has ongoing exhibits that change. Broadway visits the Broward Center,which is 8 minutes away. Also, don't miss the old town Riverwalk and the Cruise Ship Terminals.

The property is well maintained it's in a quiet area the outside is absolutely beautiful so is the inside most things are pretty convenient and if you had any questions you can always text or call Jim he get back to you

The house is absolutely terrific and a great vacation place. Everything was in order and it's very cool inside. We really enjoyed staying here but it's not really a "walkable" neighborhood otherwise we would give it a 10 out of 10.

My family and I enjoyed a weeklong stay at this tropical paradise. The property is exactly as described, a relaxing zen retreat with modern conveniences. The spacious home was the perfect home away from home. We enjoyed the private backyard, pool and lush landscape. Jim, the property manager, was kind and attentive to our needs, making our vacation a memorable experience. We would definitely return for another stay!

This was an amazing stay. My daughter wanted to relax for her 25th and with COVID, I wanted to be safely in So. Florida.The home is uh-mazing! A huge Buddha greets at the entry to a lush tropical walkway. The windows - floor to roof - look through to the oasis in the backyard. With 2 living rooms, a large farm table and a poolside breakfast nook, this home seamlessly marries industrial modern interiors with tropical exteriors. A master, an office and one of two adjacent bedrooms are connected outside by a balcony that runs the length of the the house overlooking the pool and backyard tropics.But in the inside the master sits to the left with a european Through the master closet is a sun deck, perfect for massages and yoga.
