Dollar Mountain is less than a half mile away, while Bald Mountain is less than nine miles from your door! The region enjoys 250 days of sun a year, even in winter, so guests can ski to their heart's content.

*Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. No pools from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Hot tubs and saunas are closed seasonally for maintenance, they will be closed after Labor Day until after Thanksgiving, then in the spring when the mountain closes for skiing in April through Memorial Day. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice condo with great location, easy access to skiing, town, and Sun Valley village. Close to bus stop for free mountain rides to skiing. Two of the beds were quite firm, but otherwise very comfortable.

As advertised, all it needs to be perfect is a private hot tub! Would stay here again.

1. Refrigerator not working when we arrived. Called the phone number for the property (Vacasa) and they said they would get someone locally to contact us about it. No one ever called back.
2. We left a ski jacket on one of the beds. Called Vacasa about it and they said they would check on it asap but the charge would be $25. No one ever called us back. So after multiple phone calls over 4-5 days they admitted they "mis-coded" it so no one checked. When they finally did follow-up with us about 5 days later they said it wasn't there. I wrote a nice letter to the CEO in Portland and he never responded (after waiting about a month).
Bottom-line is the property is ok, but Vacasa management is very poor.
