Home in Cape May
Adorable 2 bedroom 1 bath house with updates including kitchen and bath. Sleeps 4 in beds with extra space for 2 on a comfy pull out full couch. Relax on the enclosed front porch watching the sun set while people watching. Rosemans Marina is across the street where you can drop or rent a paddle board or kayak into the water and take off! Walk or bike (we provide 4 beach cruisers) to the Miss Chris, Lobster House, Dry Dock or the C-View. Grab your morning coffee from Wawa - a quick 3 minute walk. Bike to the Mall or Beach in 10 minutes. If your best friend has 4 legs we welcome them too! Up to 2 pets allowed (fee will be applied). Many of the restaurants allow doggies and there is a dog park 1/2 mile up Lafayette Street and plenty of pretty trees around to take nice walks.
Our cottage is perfectly located to get in and out of town quickly- we are 10 minutes to the Cape May and Willow Creek Wineries and the same distance to Nauti Spirits and many breweries.
Our home is very clean and super comfortable!! Enjoy Wireless internet, with additional cable channels and the smart TV features. We have a dining area for 6 and enclosed front porch!
Walk to shopping on Washington Street, antiquing a quick walk up the street. Watch the sun set from the front porch. So convenient to everything.
2-to-3-day minimum stay required (in off season from Oct- June) We have CDC protocols in place for your safety. We provide clean mattress pads and pillow ticks on all beds. They are washed and cloroxed with hot water after every rental. We are also disinfecting all counter spaces and other surfaces where applicable. I have added a remodeled garage apartment (spring 2025) - which is gorgeous, that sleeps 2 if extra space is needed. Extra fees applicable.
Please bring your sheets and towels. I provide comforters and blankets. If you need sheets and towels, ask me for info (I can provide sheets and towels for a nominal fee, or you can rent them from a place in town).
We have one off street parking space (possibly 2) - so park and walk or ride around town.
The dog park is a 8 minute walk down Lafayette. Enjoy pet friendly restaurants such as The Beach Shack, Mooncusser, and H & H.
Use our grill, bikes and beach chairs.
I have a $150.00 pet fee. If you would like to bring 2 the second pet has an additional charge of $50.00 - please check off the property fee box. The limit is 2 doggies.
2025 proves to be an exceptionally busy one - don’t delay in booking - you may lose your opportunity to enjoy Cape May!

We went to Cape May the end of April. There were 4 of us and the house was size appropriate. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There was one tv in the living room with a couch and recliner. The location was great, a short drive to downtown. The landlord was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely choose this house again.

Very cute house! House was close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The host was great! Very friendly and fast communication.

Some renovations have been done, the windows need to be replaced, they rattled when the wind blew and the curtains moved when the windows were closed. The bathroom was very tight. The location of the house is on a busy noisey corner. A tv in the bedrooms would be nice. The master bedroom bed could be replaced and the sofa was uncomfortable and very low to the floor.
